From the first moment the Masked Puppet appeared, Qiao Sang recognized it as the very first pet Baowuwu had found when they entered Lost Town. She nodded without hesitation: "Of course!"

Satisfied, the Masked Puppet let out a cry, signaling them to follow. Then, its eyes glowed with red light as it floated downward.

Seeing this, Qiao Sang shouted to those below: "Everyone, follow me! I'm taking you out!"

The crowd looked at one another. Though they were still under the influence of the Healing Soundwave, their hearts involuntarily quickened. Their peaceful eyes sparkled with newfound light. 

It felt as if they had been sentenced to death one moment, only to be told the next that it was a mistake and they were free to go home. That was exactly how they felt.

Qiao Sang followed the Masked Puppet while riding on Yabao.

The crowd followed behind. Though their expressions remained peaceful, their footsteps instinctively quickened.

"Xun xun!"

Little Treasure turned to look at the humans following them, waving his claws and calling out enthusiastically, urging everyone to hurry up.

Suddenly, a wave of intense palpitations hit, bringing a strange sensation of being watched by some powerful existence.

"Xun xun!"

Startled, Little Treasure teleported next to his Tamer, huddling close for a sense of security.

"What's wrong?" Qiao Sang noticed Little Treasure's state and turned to ask.

"Xun xun! Xun xun!" Little Treasure gestured with his paws to explain his feelings.

Qiao Sang was stunned at first, then tried to sense it herself. "I don't feel anything. Could it be a negative side effect from absorbing too much negative energy earlier?"

"Xun xun..."

Little Treasure believed his Tamer implicitly, wearing an oh, so that's it expression.

"Jia jia."

The Masked Puppet led the way through the thick Ghost Mist, stopping before a collapsed arch bridge.

The large group stopped behind it.

The red light in the eye in the middle of the Masked Puppet's forehead flickered.

The next second, the Ghost Mist in front of them dispersed like clouds being pushed aside, revealing an entirely different world.

They could see various stalls in the distance, the very road they had taken when entering.

"Jia jia."

The Masked Puppet let out a cry, signaling they had arrived.

"Everyone, head out." Qiao Sang said.

The peace on the people's faces vanished, replaced by the joy of having survived. Some even wept with joy, sobbing as they sprinted toward the exit.

Soon, everyone had walked out of Lost Town.

After confirming no one was left behind, Qiao Sang looked at the Masked Puppet and said sincerely: "Thank you."

"Jia jia."

The Masked Puppet let out an indifferent cry, indicating: You saved me once before, so we're even.

Qiao Sang said no more. She followed Teacher Mikayla, preparing to step out of the Ghost Mist.

The moment she stepped out with one foot, her heart suddenly skipped a beat, as if something were staring at her. She couldn't help but turn back.

Little Treasure sensed something as well and turned back at the same time.

"Jia jia."

The Masked Puppet thought she was reluctant to leave it. Wearing an I knew it would be like this expression, it let out a cry.

Before Little Treasure could react, the Ghost Mist rushed entirely into his body. Unable to bear it, his eyes closed, and he collapsed beside his Tamer.

"Jia jia!"

The Masked Puppet was startled and let out a scream.

Yabao realized something was wrong and carried his Tamer as he rushed out of Lost Town.

Mikayla’s face turned grim as she called out: "Meimei."

"Pen pen."

Spengami appeared, letting out a cry as its eyes glowed with blue light.

The entrance to Lost Town slammed shut, and the Ghost Mist was blocked once more by an unknown power.

Mikayla glanced back at the mist but could see no clues at all.

Within the Ghost Mist, the giant dark-red eyes shifted slightly.

One by one, the Ghost-type pets suddenly seemed to receive a summons, floating back into the Secret Realm Cracks that had not yet vanished.

The Masked Puppet did the same.

Once most of the Ghost-type pets had disappeared, all the Secret Realm Cracks began to close slowly at the same time. The space was seamless once more, as if the cracks had never appeared.

The giant dark-red eyes quietly faded away.

Lost Town returned to its state of silence.
