With Gangbao's Sharpness trait already enhancing cutting-type moves, adding Sword Dance into the mix meant that once she reached the general rank, she might be able to display mid-tier general-level attack power right away.

Qiao Sang was pleased and moved on to the next skill.

Roost, a mid-tier Flying-type skill, was one of the rare recovery moves among flying-type pet beasts. When a pet with this skill lands, allowing its body to rest, it can recover half of its maximum health.

However, the recovery doesn't happen instantly. It takes time, and the exact duration depends on the skill's proficiency and the pet's level.

In battle, short landings might be fine, but if a flying pet stays grounded too long, it's bound to be attacked. So it's a bit of a double-edged sword, not easy to use during real fights.

Especially in high-level battles, who would let a flying pet stay grounded for more than a second?

Qiao Sang looked at the last skill: Holy Sword.

She thought to herself: What an elegant-sounding skill name...

She pondered for a while but couldn't recall any related skill from her memory.

The first thing she saw was Teacher Pirite marveling and touching Gangbao all over while Gangbao stood there looking completely numb.

Qiao Sang cleared her throat and said with a straight face, "The bond power isn't stable enough yet. She can't maintain that form for long."

"Gang Slice." Gangbao nodded in agreement.

Pirite didn't question it further, though his eyes showed some regret.

Then he adjusted his mindset and smiled, "I was just saying I thought I wouldn't get to see what she looked like after evolving for a long time, but she evolved in the very next second! Being able to control evolution independently through early-stage bond power is already quite impressive."

Qiao Sang said with some melancholy, "The last two evolution stages were easier during temporary bond evolutions."

Pirite resisted the urge to complain and changed the subject: "Have you thought of a name for her evolved form?"

Qiao Sang recalled the skill she saw in the Beast Codex and really wanted to ask about it, but ultimately held back out of caution.

Qiao Sang was slightly taken aback, then smiled: "Okay."

Qiao Sang returned to her room, sat at her desk, and the first thing she did was pull out her phone and message Dean Liz from the Medical Department:

"Dear Dean Liz, I'll be returning to Blue Star in a few days. Before I leave, I'd like to treat as many patients with terminal illnesses as I can. No matter how many, I'm willing to work overnight. Even though I'm not a student of the Medical Department, I still want to help more people recover."

Just as Qiao Sang was about to say something, Little Treasure teleported over, and with the demeanor of a big brother, patted Gangbao on the wing.

Qiao Sang took a sip of porridge and replied: "I want to leave the day after tomorrow."

Tomorrow would be the last day of classes at Yulianton University.

She had to leave early. The trip home alone would take a whole month. She couldn't just go straight to the Imperial Beast University when she arrived, she needed to visit home first.

Hearing this, Adinishi, who had been eating nearby, paused briefly.

Liu Yao nodded. 

"Then I'll go with you."

"Dee dee..."

Adinishi looked at the energy pill in its hand.

5:45 PM, Yulianton University

"Gang Slice."

Gangbao was in a great mood today. Unlike her usual quiet self, she occasionally chatted with Yabao and Little Treasure.

Qiao Sang walked into the seventh research lab.

"It's been a while." Said Dr. Dosharila with a smile, setting down her test tube.

"I've had a lot on my plate lately." Qiao Sang replied, a little embarrassed.

Ever since Teacher Pirite arrived, her schedule had been packed. She hadn't had time to come by.

"You're here to say goodbye, aren't you?" Dr. Dosharila said calmly.

Qiao Sang nodded. 

"I'll be returning to Blue Star the day after tomorrow."

The lab fell silent.

After about two or three seconds, Dr. Dosharila sighed. 

"It's all Gilbert's fault. Otherwise, we could've explored so much more about emotional energy together."

"Actually... we can still stay in touch through StarNet." Qiao Sang offered.

That's not the same... Dosharila gave her a resentful look. But then, as if remembering something important, her expression turned serious: "When you return, I hope you can keep a Gis Egg with you at all times."

Qiao Sang blinked in surprise. Before she could ask why, Dosharila continued: "Your Ice Aipalu's entire evolution chain relies on emotional fluctuations. A Gis Egg can amplify emotional signals to the highest degree. You need it."
